Our mission is to empower individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the constantly-evolving tech industry. We believe that every individual has the potential to become a highly effective software developer, data scientist, UX/UI designer, and IT project manager and we are committed to unlocking that potential. Our goal is to provide our students with the tools and resources they need to succeed and create new opportunities for themselves in the digital age. By doing so, we hope to contribute to the growth and innovation of the tech industry, as well as help our graduates achieve their dreams of building tomorrow's disruptive technologies.

Our Ecosystem

Constructor Learning is a part of Constructor group: a global science, education, and technology organization that aims to provide the critical knowledge, solutions, and services to help solve the most pressing problems of the world.

The Constructor ecosystem is comprised of Constructor University (previously Constructor University Bremen), a non-profit, research-oriented faculty that offers 25+ accredited programs from Bachelors, Masters, to Ph.Ds. The private, English-language University offers multi-site locations as is continuously ranked as the #1 private university in Germany. A multi-site faculty that combines the former Constructor University Bremen (Germany), SIT campus in Schaffausen (Switzerland), and academic partnerships with Carnegie Mellon, UniGe and NUS. Through advanced technological methodologies and personalized solutions, Alemira connects, integrates, simplifies learning, and automates processes for educators, researchers, administrators, young and lifelong learners. Its mission is to transform learning, education and science and provide access to quality education worldwide.

A Machine Intelligence (MI) expert that provides a computational platform to support multiple research and development activities, optimizing data management. Rolos offers solutions and consulting services in the fields of scientific research, driverless mobility, robotics, and professional sports, working with acclaimed teams such as Toyota Gazoo Racing, Inter Milano, Sail GP, and many others.

An early-stage venture capital targeting funding investments in science, technology, and any innovative project related to digital transformation.

Dr. Serg Bell

Bio
Dr. Serg Bell, a long-time tech entrepreneur, investor and executive, founded the Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT) in 2019. A leader in virtualization, cloud automation and cyber protection, he founded over 20 global IT companies, venture capital funds and science and education centers, including Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Runa Capital, Phystech Ventures and Qwave Capital. He continues to maintain ties with these companies and to provide leadership. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in Physics, M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIPT. He has filed over 200 patents (USPTO) and has an H-index of 37.

Dr. Yuri Levin

Bio
Founding CEO of SIT Learning and Professor of Management Analytics at Smith School of Business, Queen's University. Previously, he was the Dean of Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, Stephen J.R. Smith Chair of Analytics, Executive Director of Analytics and AI, and the founding Director of the Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics at Smith School of Business. In 2016, Yuri was named by Poets and Quants as one of the Top 40 Professors Under 40 Worldwide. He has consulted widely on consumer behavior modeling and pricing optimization and has led major corporate programs in strategic analytics, analytical decision-making, and strategic pricing optimization.

Mikhail is an acknowledged world expert in complex Management Science, Operations Research, and data analytic problems with a significant computational component. The techniques employed in Mikhail’s research range from integer and nonlinear optimization to control theory and stochastic simulation. His current research focuses on new models in Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing.

Ever since his childhood, Laurent has lived and breathed IT, entrepreneurship, and education. His passion is to educate the world in the most advanced IT technologies, filling the gap between the enormous demands for experts in the coming decades. He is adamant that many talented, dedicated people coming out of other disciplines can become successful IT professionals, and will fill that gap. As a realization of that vision, he created Propulsion Academy in 2017 as Switzerland’s first coding and data science academy. With an alumni base of 750+ students, now working for companies such as Google, Roche, Ebay, Adobe, Swiss International, as well as many well-known startups, Propulsion was acquired by Constructor Group in 2021 and is now the Technology education division of Constructor.

In addition to her MBA at the University of St.Gallen, Daniela worked in a wide variety of marketing sectors where she gained valuable experience. In school her favorite subject was mathematics. In recent years, she has become more and more aware of how relevant the topics around Data Science will become in the future. At SIT Learning, she found the opportunity to combine her interest in analytical and creative work with helping a start-up create more awareness and to grow.

Ever since Daniele coded his first game while in high school, the passion for programming has never let go of him. After his MSc in Physics at ETH, during which he completed various Data Science projects, he has continued to follow his passion for coding, first working for an IT consulting company and then joining SIT Learning. Daniele also makes music. Under the alias SignalFlux he writes, produces and sometimes sings on his own tracks.

Laurent Dedenis, CEO of Alemira by Constructor and co-founder of Chainstack, previously has founded several companies around the world. He has acquired more than 20 years of global experience managing teams and technology companies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Parallels, and Acumatica, both at start-up and growth stages in America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Until 2019, Dedenis was the Chief Revenue Officer and was in charge of operations at Acronis. He gained an in-depth understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by mid-size and large businesses as well as practical knowledge of building and scaling sales, marketing and operations teams globally. Dedenis holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from the University of Paris XI, France and a Ph.D. in International Business Administration from the International University of America in San Francisco.

Katya Fisher

Bio
Katya Fisher is the executive vice chairman of Constructor group, formerly known as the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology (SIT), where she serves as senior advisor and liaison to the executive team on strategic initiatives and the coordination and oversight of global matters for all commercial enterprises in the Constructor ecosystem. Fisher founded her own law practice with a focus on general corporate law and cross-border transactions, more specifically on new technologies such as blockchain, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. She later joined an AM200 law firm as a partner and practice group leader. She holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was awarded the Howard M. Squadron Fellowship.
